Dan Connell
Dan Connell is an executive with over two decades of experience in finance, technology, and business strategy. He currently holds the positions of President at The Binnacle Group Inc., a strategic advisory firm he founded in 2022. Dan manages principal and venture investments, specializing in emerging technology, asset management, and logistics. Areas of emerging tech include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process Automation, and spatial computing. Prior to his current roles, Dan was a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY) within Technology consulting and was the leader of EY’s Risk and Regulatory Tech practice for wealth and asset management. Dan was also the co-founder of ConceptONE, a data and analytics, regulatory reporting and risk management platform.
Christian Egan
Christian Egan is a seasoned venture capital investor involved with startups like Let’s Code and Liv Up. He previously held senior roles at Itau, including Head of Global Markets & Treasury and Deputy Head of Investment Bank, and served on the Porto Seguro Investment Committee. In 2017, Egan co-founded Vectis Partners, a holding company that channels human and financial capital into promising ventures. Vectis operates through three subsidiaries: Vectis Capital Solutions, which focuses on structuring and managing capital for corporate businesses; Vectis Gestão, the asset management wing providing innovative credit solutions; and Vectis Participações.
Nicola Grenham
Nicola Grenham is the founder of Dumas Capital Ltd. She holds the position of Chairperson for the Executive Committee of Capital Holdings Funds Plc, and has significant involvement as an independent director at a variety of firms, including Apollo, Altavista, BlackRock, Kvasir, Navigator Global, Sphera Global Healthcare, and STANLIB Investments. Prior to these endeavors, Grenham served as the Managing Director of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, where she was instrumental in initiating the group’s hedge fund operations outside the United States. She also played a pivotal role in founding TASS, a global data and research firm with a specific focus on hedge funds. Earlier in her career, she assumed the role of CEO at Alpha Strategic Plc.
Rufus Griscom
Rufus Griscom brings strong entrepreneurship experience to Everysk, and has previously co-founded four companies — Nerve.com, in 1997, acquired by IAC; Spring Street Networks, acquired by Various, Inc.; and Babble.com, a website for a new generation of parents, acquired by Disney in 2011. He currently is running Heleo.com, a platform for one person media companies, backed by Comcast, Bertelsmann, Bloomberg, The New York Times, Inovia, and Greycroft.
Terri Engelman Rhoads
Terri Engleman Rhoads is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in institutional and alternative investments. Throughout her career, Rhoads has held prominent positions on the investment committees and boards of directors for both public and private pensions, endowments, and consulting firms. Among these institutions, Rhoads contributed to Pavilion Financial, a consultant managing $780 billion in assets, which was recently incorporated into Mercer. Previously, Rhoads was the President of Guggenheim Management Partners, NIP, and Midwest Management Group. Her vast and diverse experience solidifies her expertise in the field of alternative investment solutions.
Bruno Fonseca
Bruno Duarte da Fonseca is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of expertise in Risk Management, Capital, and Liquidity. In his role as board advisor, he leverages his extensive experience as Partner and Head of Risk & Capital Management at XP Inc., CRO and Partner at Warren Investimentos, and Risk Manager at GAP Asset Management. A former member of FEBRABAN’s Risk Committee and holder of the FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification, Bruno provides strategic insights in risk management, financial strategy, and governance, driving resilience and efficiency in financial institutions.
